Limestone Manor Events
We purchased the property in 1998 and from the moment I saw the barn I knew I wanted to bring it back to its original glory. I knew it would take time, so twenty-six years of chipping away at this project has brought us to today. You can go to my Facebook page and see the start to finish pictures. Not only did I age but so did my family that has helped me with this massive project. I have great ideas for my barn...I want to not only share it with people to use for many different occasions but I also want to reach out to my community. I hope to bring family, friends and neighbors together to reach out to those in need. Together we can create a fun space for everyone to enjoy!
RENTAL PRICES...
The barn can accommodate 100 people seated at round or oblong tables comfortably.
Occupancy is set at 177
If you wish to have more than 100 people seated a tent rental can be arranged. Along with tent rental, additional tables, chairs and linens will need to be rented at your expense.
Port-a-potties will be rented for your event and included in the rental price with the exception of small group party. Cost of potty rental at this time is not included in rental fee for small group.
Plenty of Parking
Access to grounds the day before event can be arranged.
All events must end by 10PM. Clean up and departure by 11PM

Ceremony & Reception
$3000 + Tax-$3180 (20% non-refundable Deposit =$636) Which is applied toward final payment.
Reception Only
$2500 + tax=$2650…20% (non-refundable deposit=$530) Which is applied toward final payment.
Ceremony Only
$750 + tax=$795.00…(20% non-refundable deposit=$159) Which is applied toward final payment. Small Group (Family Reunion,Party ect.)
$200 + tax=$212.00…(20% non-refundable deposit =$63.60) Which is applied toward final payment.
Tent Placement Fee
$200 = tax=$212-Limestone Manor Events will be here on day of tent delivery and placement. Tent rental is not included-Rental to be arranged with an approved company by Limestone Manor Events and you are responsible for payment of tent.
Limestone Manor Events has 12 Round and 8 Long tables available as part of rental
Limestone Manor Events does not currently own chairs but will be included in rental
Decorative Items and linens are available for rental ask for price list
A one day insurance ride must be obtained through homeowners insurance or an insurance company for $1 Million Dollars.
